The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity within our Print, Mail & Digital team located in Unanderra.

We are seeking an organised and detailed-orientated Customer Service Fulfillment Officer to provide superior customer service to our key account customers. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient receiving and storage of data to ensure customers’ needs are met. This is a very fast-paced environment, managing multiple work streams and requests during busy periods. Above all, this opportunity demands a can-do attitude, and a desire to learn and grow.

The Ideal Candidate:

We are seeking a customer focused individual who has the maturity to uphold confidentiality and privacy, and who has the ability to apply this in your work. You will need to have a professional disposition, with robust communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. You need to have an eye for detail and accuracy, be focused on delivering outstanding customer service with a smile and a desire to please. Meticulously follow processes and be savvy using and learning new software platforms quickly. This is a very fast-paced environment, managing multiple work streams and requests during busy periods.
